Monarch Fitness Coaching knows our clients are unique, consequently, we offer numerous in-person and virtual services. Following an initial assessment, most clients start with one-on-one personal training to ensure they understand the training and are moving in a safe and efficient manner. Following one-on-one personal training, clients work with their personal trainer to select the combination of services that put them on the best path to reaching their goals.

Personal Training

Personal training is a great way to maximize the benefit of the time you spend training. Each exercise is thoughtfully selected and supervised by your personal trainer.

One-On-One

One-on-one personal training is ideal for clients who are just getting started as well as those who want to maximize the efficiency of their workouts.

Semi-Private

Share a personal trainer with 3-5 other people. During semi-private personal training, your workout will be customized to your training needs and will not be identical to others. Semi-private personal training works well for those who want a fully customized training session, prefer individual instruction, and are able to work independently some of the time.

Group Training

Group personal training takes the best of group fitness classes and personal training. Each member of the group completes a similar workout with individualized modifications. Group training works well for those who enjoy the camaraderie of a group and learn well working with others. Independent Training

Independent training works well for clients who do not need to be supervised but still want accountability and feedback. Monarch Fitness Coaching uses the No. 1 rated personal training coaching software to support your training. You receive your customized workout program online or through an app on your phone or tablet.  The workout has both written and video instruction. During independent training you can complete your assigned workout (homework) in your location of choice, on your own time, then mark it complete.

Open Training

Similar to belonging to a gym, open training at Monarch Fitness Coaching has the added benefit of being in a supervised setting. Open training allows you to complete your assigned independent workouts (homework) on a flexible schedule and is available both in-person and virtually. Open training works well for clients who like the accountability and feedback of being in a supervised setting, but need minimum instruction to complete their assigned training.
